Dual-purpose facilities

A single facility can process both mango and fish — but only with genuine zone segregation. This is a design decision made at planning stage, not retrofitted: separate clean zones, physical hygiene barriers, dedicated tunnels, separate chilled waste handling on the fish side, and independent drainage. Facilities that share preparation space between the two invariably fail food-safety audit on cross-contamination grounds. Where the dual capability is wanted, we design it in from the outset.
