What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit the enquiry / quotation form, that is: your name, company or cooperative, email address, phone number, country, and the operational details you provide (product to be dried, target capacity, available fuel, site status and any additional notes).
Our hosting provider may also automatically record standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use these to identify you.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation or technical proposal.
- To provide support relating to a system you are considering or operating.
- To keep our own records of the enquiries we receive.
The legal basis is your consent in submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered to our email through a third-party form-delivery service, and the site is served by a hosting provider. These providers process the data only to deliver the message and serve the site. We share your information with no one else except where required by law.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

International transfers
We are based in Hong Kong, and our providers may process data in other countries. Wherever it is processed, we handle it in line with this policy.
