One system, one point of responsibility

Engineered as a single unit, delivered under a single scope.

Buying a burner from one supplier, a heat exchanger from another and chambers from a third is how projects acquire the interface problems that surface at commissioning — mismatched airflow, control systems that will not talk to each other, and a warranty position where every party points at the others.

Integration advantages

  • Matched components — blower capacity, duct sizing and chamber volume calculated together rather than assumed.
  • Single control architecture — burner, generator and chambers on one PLC system with one operator interface.
  • Verified performance — commissioned against a specification, not assembled and hoped for.
  • Unified warranty — twelve months from shipment across the supplied scope.
  • Coherent spares — one parts list, one supplier, one lead time.
Scope exclusions, stated plainly (unstated exclusions cause disputes): civil work and foundations, structural works, drain lines and make-up water, steam pipes and fittings, main electrical power connection and earthing up to our panel, local taxes and duties, unloading at site, shipping charges, ECTN where applicable, and third-party inspection charges.
