Support that matches the environment
Built for sites hundreds of kilometres from the nearest engineer.
Our support model is built around that reality: train the client to be self-sufficient for routine work, stock the parts that actually fail, and document everything.
Installation services
- Site assessment — evaluating foundations, utilities, access, ventilation and layout before manufacture, not after delivery.
- Infrastructure-preparation guidance — clear specification of what the client must have ready.
- Installation supervision — our technicians directing local assembly labour.
- Calibration — tuning to actual site conditions, which always differ from design assumptions.
- Commissioning — performance testing and verification against specification before handover.
Client obligations for installation: return air tickets, local accommodation and board, and entry permits for the supervision team, plus food and site necessities. These are stated in the commercial terms and are not hidden costs.
Maintenance programmes
| Interval | Tasks |
|---|---|
| Daily | Burner inspection, blower/fan condition, control-system status, safety-device function, temperature-sensor verification. Plus performance logging: temperature, humidity, airflow, energy, product quality. |
| Weekly | Belt tensioning, bearing lubrication, filter cleaning, seal inspection, drive checks. On the control side: sensor calibration, PLC diagnostics, safety-system testing, alarm verification, data backup. |
| Monthly | Burner inspection, heat-exchanger cleaning, ductwork examination, insulation and structural checks. Plus electrical, water-treatment, waste-handling, ventilation and fire-safety equipment. |
Heat-exchanger cleaning deserves emphasis. Deposit build-up degrades transfer efficiency gradually and invisibly — fuel consumption rises and temperature gets harder to hold, but nothing fails outright. Operations that skip it usually discover the cost only when comparing this season’s fuel bill against last season’s.
Spare parts
Critical spares are dispatched with the machines. The recommended holding covers the components whose failure stops production:
- Delta DVP-14SS2 PLC, DOP-103BQ HMI, MS300 VFD, DTB9696 temperature controller, and a 3 HP drive.
- Selec RPS60-24-CE SMPS and XT246 timer; 8-channel 24 VDC relay board; 5 HP three-phase line choke.
- Apex Industries VIB-72DA vibrator; Siemens 3TF contactors and 5SL MCBs.
- Boiler grills and stainless-steel burner grill.
Training & documentation
- Operator training — daily operation, recipe selection, loading practice, quality checks and record keeping.
- Maintenance training — routine servicing, component replacement and basic fault diagnosis.
- Troubleshooting — symptom-to-cause guidance for the faults that actually occur.
- Documentation — operating manuals, maintenance schedules, electrical drawings, spare-parts lists and safety guidelines.
Warranty. Twelve months from date of shipment, with spare parts shipped alongside the machines. Where the site has connectivity, the PLC supports remote diagnostics that resolve many control-side faults without a site visit.
